Selective racks are generally known as pallet racks and heavy duty racks. It is mainly used to store pallets and overweight items, usually cooperated with forklifts and telescopic pickers. When selecting heavy duty racks, the size and weight of the pallets and goods, as well as the number of stacked layers, must be considered to determine the appropriate column and beam materials and dimensions. The heavy beam type rack is assembled by columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the instability of the rack after the bolts are loose.

QAre you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou.
QWhat is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for orders under 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).
QWhat are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment requires a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform payments, and TT are accepted. Trade terms are generally EXW or FOB, though other terms can be negotiated.
QCould you produce the goods based on OEM and ODM design?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing shelves according to exact customer requirements.
QWhat should we do if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floors or large projects, we can also dispatch technical staff or an installation team to handle the work on-site.
QWhat are the main rack and add-on rack differences, and what warranty is provided?
The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is a starting rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension rack with only 1 upright. All systems are backed by a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
