What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery generally takes within 15 days, depending on the order quantity and shelving design. Our payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the contract/PI, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
Can you customize racks according to customer requirements?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing shelves, including load capacity, layer count, structural dimensions, colors, and materials.
How can I install the racking system?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide guidance from our engineers.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The main difference is the upright column count. A main rack starts the run with 2 upright frames, while an add-on rack connects directly to it with only 1 upright frame to save space and cost.
