What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is generally within 15 days, or 10-35 workdays depending on order quantity and shelving design. Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the contract/PI, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.

The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack continues the run with only 1 upright. For instance, a continuous run of 15 wall racks utilizes 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
