Radio Shuttle System
Jracking Shuttle Racking System is a high-density storage system. The shuttle cart, which is controlled by a wireless remote, takes the pallets in and out of the racking system. The forklift doesn't need to enter the storage area. The first pallet's location at either end is where the forklift loads and unloads the goods.

Jracking will provide detailed installation drawings and an on-site installation guide for your project. A professional technician will adjust and test the shuttle cart for at least one week to ensure the shuttle racking system works properly.

Regular maintenance shall be executed in accordance with the application manual and maintenance instructions. Jracking's technician will train the responsible person in your warehouse on how to conduct routine maintenance. Lifelong maintenance is provided to protect customer interests. Jracking provides lifelong paid services beyond the warranty period. Spare parts for the racking or shuttle cart are supplied at the most favorable prices.
Repair
A one-year warranty is guaranteed by Jracking following successful installation and commissioning (excluding natural disasters and human-induced damage). Jracking's technician will train your team on basic troubleshooting and handling procedures. For complex situations, our technicians are dispatched to resolve issues on site.

Q: Does Jracking have an MOQ limitation or mold fee policy?
There is no strict MOQ limitation; however, we recommend standard orders fit at least one 20ft container (~15 tons) for optimal shipping cost efficiency. For custom mold requirements, the upfront tooling cost is paid before opening the mold and is partially or fully refunded once orders reach a designated volume threshold.
