Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery by T/T. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is the standard packaging and delivery time?
A: Shelves are flat packed with steel strips, paper boards, plastic film, and standard export cartons. Delivery generally takes around 20 days after receiving your order, depending on racking types and quantity.
Q4. How are the racks installed? Do you provide installation support?
A: Yes, we provide detailed installation drawings and instructions. For complex projects, our experienced installation crew or engineers can support on-site, or provide complete guidance via video and phone calls.
