Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and various types of display stands since 2001.
What is your standard delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. Delivery time depends on the specific order quantity and shelving design.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
How are the racks installed?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can also guide you through the process.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is a starting rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension rack that connects with only 1 upright. For instance, 15 continuous wall racks consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
What is your packaging method?
Generally, shelves are flat-packed using air bubble film in standard export cartons. Additional packaging options such as wooden boxes are available upon request.
