When was your company established and what is your factory scale?
Viet Mechanical was established in May 2008. In 2017, we developed and put into operation an 11,000 m2 factory system in Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Long An, with a monthly production capacity of around 300,000 tons.
How long is your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on your package. Normally, it is 25-45 days. Depending on the quantity, we calculate the fastest production timeline, completing manufacturing in as little as 20 days post-order.
What core products do you manufacture and export?
Our main lines include Selective Racks, Cantilever, Radio Shuttle, Double Deep, Drive-in, VNA racking, Mezzanines, and various steel pallets (powder coated, galvanized, hot-dipped).

What payment and trade terms do you offer?
We handle EXW, FOB, and CIF terms. Standard payment terms are 50% T/T in advance as a deposit and 50% T/T against a copy of the B/L as the balance. We can also provide a Certificate of Origin (C/O) for import duty preferences.
How are the products packaged for export?
Export products are packed into secure blocks using corrugated paper, cartons, plastic film, steel ties, and air bags inside containers. Structural parts are strapped with shock-absorbing protections to prevent transport damage.
