1) Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading. L/C and O/A are also available.

What are your policies on MOQ and tooling fees?
MOQ: No strict limitation, but larger quantities yield better prices. We suggest ordering enough to fill at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons).
Tooling fee: If custom molds are required, Jracking charges the cost upfront. The mold cost can be partially or fully refunded once orders reach specific volumes.
