The Drive In Racking can be used for forklifts (or unmanned transport vehicles with forks) to enter and access goods in the channel, suitable for storing goods with small varieties and large quantities. In addition to the storage positions near the aisle, for Drive In Rack System, forklifts need to enter the interior of the shelf to access goods, and it is usually recommended not to exceed a depth of 7 storage positions for single-sided pickup. To improve the operating speed of forklifts, guide rails can be selected according to actual needs. In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
Q What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q How could I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q What are main rack and add on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
Q What is the manner of packing?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packings like wooden boxes are available upon clients' requirements.
