Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We are a manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Where is your factory located and can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
What is your delivery time and payment term?
In general, delivery is within 15 days, depending on order quantity and shelving design. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
How can I install the pallet racking systems?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can also guide you for free.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is the connecting rack with only 1 upright. For instance, for 15 connected wall racks, the layout consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
What is your standard packing manner?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other custom packing options like wooden boxes are available upon request.
