What kind of sheets can electric drawer sheet racks store?
It is suitable for flat materials including steel sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel plates, galvanized sheets, stone slabs, plastic panels and decorative wood boards. Widely used in sheet metal workshops, stainless steel factories, stone factories and sheet warehouses. Not applicable for small scraps or coiled materials.
What is the difference between electric drawer sheet rack and hand crank pipe rack?
Electric drawer racks feature layered pull-out design specially for flat sheets. Drawers can fully extend for direct loading/unloading by vacuum lifters or forklifts with labor-saving motor drive. Hand crank retractable racks are for long pipes and profiles, only half of the material stretches out.
What is the load capacity of a single drawer? What about the total load of one rack set?
Standard single drawer load capacity: 2T / 3T / 5T optional. Total load per unit ranges from 8T to 40T. For heavy sheets, thickened base plates, reinforced main beams and dual-motor structure can be customized to increase bearing capacity.
What is the maximum sheet size available?
Standard drawers fit 1220*2440mm and 1500*3000mm sheets. Internal drawer dimensions can be customized for extra long and wide special sheets with no fixed size limit.
Is the operation simple for new operators?
Each drawer is independently controlled by one button on the electric panel with extend, retract and emergency stop keys. Easy operation that can be mastered within 5 minutes of training. Wireless remote control is optional for long-distance operation.
What floor conditions are required for installation?
The floor must be flat and hardened. Anchor bolts fix the rack directly on standard cement floors. Uneven or soft ground needs floor reinforcement before installation.
