Yes. We ship factory-direct from Guangzhou to all ASEAN markets under FOB or CIF terms. Indicative port-to-port sea transit from South China is about 2-5 days to Vietnam, 3-5 days to Manila, 5-7 days to Singapore and Laem Chabang, 6-8 days to Port Klang and 7-10 days to Jakarta.

How is your racking protected against tropical humidity and corrosion?

Every component goes through pickling and phosphating pre-treatment before electrostatic powder coating, which improves coating adhesion in humid climates. Galvanized finishes can be specified for cold rooms, coastal sites and semi-outdoor yards.

What information do you need to design my warehouse layout?

Send the floor plan or building dimensions, clear height under the roof, column positions, pallet size and maximum load, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs and daily throughput. Our engineers return a CAD layout and 3D rendering free of charge.

Can your racking be designed for seismic regions such as the Philippines and Indonesia?

Yes. Structural calculations can include seismic loading based on the site parameters supplied by your local engineer, with reinforced bracing, base plates and anchor specifications adjusted accordingly.

Drive In Pallet Racking is composed of end frame, brackets, top beam, horizontal brace, etc. It’s an ideal choice for storing goods at single-variety and large-volume. It’s an integral rack that is not divided into aisles, which adopts pallets access model with various types of forklift and pallets. Forklift can drive-through aisles to load/unload pallets. The storage density of drive in rack is high and the space utilization rate can reach about 80%. Compared with selective racks, the space utilization rate is more than 30%. The drive in rack is often used in cold storage, food, tobacco and other warehouses with higher storage space costs.
