Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
What is your delivery time?
In general, delivery takes place within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
What is your term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
Could you produce according to customers' design?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing storage racks, supermarket shelving, and display solutions to exact specifications.
How are the products packaged?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film or protective film in standard export cartons. Other packaging methods such as wooden boxes are available upon request.
